The BRIX EL LED recessed luminaire is a round lighting solution for modern interiors and is suitable for offices, corridors, lounges, reception areas, educational facilities and representative space zones. It is available in different sizes and allows a discreet integration into the ceiling thanks to the matching installation frame.
BRIX EL is part of the BRIX luminaire family and adds a recessed version. While the surface-mounted version can provide an accentuated ambient lighting component, BRIX EL is designed for direct light distribution. This creates clear, uniform general lighting with an unobtrusive ceiling appearance.
Depending on the design, BRIX EL is available with prismatic or opal cover. The prismatic cover supports a glare-reduced light effect for workplace-related applications, while the opal cover creates a particularly homogeneous light surface. Different light colours can be selected via CCT switch and allow flexible adaptation to different applications.
The luminaire body is made of powder-coated aluminium and is available in white or black. The decorative ring can be adapted on the factory side and opens up additional design possibilities. The closed design prevents the intrusion of insects and supports a permanently clean operation.
An integrated LED driver as well as the innovative plug-in mechanism enable easy and time-saving assembly. Optionally, BRIX EL can be dimmed via DALI-2 or leading-edge phase-cut. Variants with self-contained emergency battery and special versions are available on request.
