How much could your lighting save?
Model individual areas and compare your existing installation with a planned LED solution. All values are adjustable. Prefilled figures are an example, not a quotation.
1 / Lighting areas
Include ballast or LED-driver power. Both options use the same operating schedule. Only add control savings if their effect is not already included in the hours.
Use net amounts on the same price basis. Include luminaires, controls, planning, installation and disposal in the investment. Without a quotation, these are estimates.

How the comparison works
Consumption = quantity × system power (W) × hours/day × days/year ÷ 1,000. The control factor reduces LED consumption only. Annual operating costs = electricity + maintenance.
Maintenance stays nominally constant; electricity price changes apply from year 2. Payback is the first calculated cost crossover within the period, interpolated linearly within the year. Net present value discounts year-end savings and subtracts net investment. Grants are assumed received at the start.
This is not a lighting calculation or funding approval. Equivalent suitable lighting quality must be verified separately. Financing, taxes, residual values, replacement investments, standby power and heating/cooling interactions are excluded. Assess replacement requirements separately for long periods.
