The CHARES R LED recessed luminaire is a round lighting solution for modern interiors, where a flat look, easy installation and flexible lighting effect are required. It is suitable for offices, corridors, lounges, educational facilities, sanitary areas and other interior projects. The luminaire is part of the CHARES luminaire family and complements other versions for a consistent lighting concept.
Depending on the design, CHARES R is available with prismatic or opal cover. The luminaire offers a directly symmetrical light distribution and supports uniform general lighting. Variants with prismatic cover are particularly suitable for areas where a glare-reduced light effect is required.
The luminaire is available in different sizes and can be set via a DIP switch. The innovative snap-in mechanism enables particularly easy installation and facilitates installation in different ceiling situations.
The powder-coated aluminium body is made in white. Optional dimming via DALI-2 or 1-10V, Human-Centric-Lighting versions with adjustable light colour, variants with self-contained emergency battery and special versions are available on request.
